Just a quick question

Go to solution Solved by Giancarlo124,

you can do it externally or just install it as a secondary drive. just make sure you dont boot off of it

Hey guys,

I recently built my own computer but forgot to back up some things from my old HDD.  I run the same OS in the same 64bit environment, can I just plug in my old HDD and use it as sorta a flash drive?  The old HDD was my boot disk so I just wanted to make sure it wouldn't cause problems for me.

Thanks for the help!

It should work? I was trying to do something with this a while ago. It wouldn't work and I couldn't figure out why. Turns out the drive was dead xD

EDIT: Hey I'm just outside of edmonton in Sherwood Park :D

@k-nwmn

Fine, don't tag properly.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)
