RAM led ON no POST

I just build a new PC with these specs:

 

12700k 

NH DAT NOCTUA cooler

Z690 Gaming X DDR4 gygabite

32GB (2 × 16) 3200Mhz Vengeance LPX

1TB Samsung 980

750W RMX Corsair PSU

Nzxt 510 

No GPU (for now)

 

The system doesn't Post and the RAM led turns on indicating RAM issue.

 

I have tried reseating the RAM, 1 stick of RAM, tried each slot, tried reseating the SSD, tried clearing the CMOS, checked all the PSU cables. I'm a bit out of ideas...

 

If anyone knows some troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!

RAM in A2 and B2?

 

Update motherboard BIOS with Q-Flash Plus. There's a button on the bottom of the motherboard on the left of the fanheaders.
