Hi guys ,I have a bit of a problem and I was hoping you might help,

So we've changed our company CPUs into intel Core i9 12900KF (16C ,24T) in one of our PCs, and I use 3ds max and corona for rendering , the problem is while rendering i opened the task manager (it shows 24 logical cpu's) I've noticed that its only using 8 cores at 100% and the the other 16 threads at 0% .

the CPU is running on default settings no OC or anything ,so is there some thing that has to be enabled in the bios or something?

thanks and i hope you have some ideas.

What OS? Only Windows 11 can manage the E-cores.

What does MSI Afterburner say about the CPU core usage?

The OS is windows 10, and i have not yet checked the MSI afterburner

but the most bizarre thing was when using cinabench 23 the CPU was at 100% on all threads , but with corona and Vray benchmark the E-cores were not used
