Whats so odd about this? They have had constant positions open for about 2 years now, Linus is in the name of company and they do advertise positions on larger listing sites. Overall, this should be as normal as seeing him in the ad for some company that deals with tech. Or interview about him in some channel, site or paper talking about tech and/or entrepreneurs.
