usb acted weird?

so i was playing on steam like normal, when all of the sudden during a cutscene all of my usb ports just stopped working, and the logo on my g502 just kept flashing one color
i restarted and theyre working fine now but does anyone have an idea what that could have been?

tons of possibilities, BUT we need to know your Hardware.

GPU: 
PSU:

and how you plugged in everything. like g502 is directly backside of your Motherboard or like it is plugged into a USB-Hub.

its an optiplex 7010
the g502 was plugged into the back of my motherboard

how long do you have your PC? is the problem new? happened like once last week? Frequently? 

 

why do I ask? if it just happens once last month and since then nothing it was some weird bug and you shouldn't worry much, but if it happened more often time to do someting about it.

what have you plugged in? Mouse keyboard and? 

ive had it for a little over a year, one of the front usb ports is dead but no ive never had them all turn off like that, other than mouse and keyboard just a ps4 controller

don't worry, as long as it just happens once and nothing else like it. 

 

sometimes your pc does some weird stuff. BUT IF your pc has more weird behaviors tell me
