Booting GPU issue

Hello!

As posted, I keep having an issue with booting up my 6700xt and ends up recieving the 1 long 3 short beeps code on powering my newly built Rig. Thing is when I install my older RX 380 it goes to the Bios with no Problem.

The 6700 xt is also working perfectly fine on my older Rig. Is there any possible problem with the setup. All help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

New Rig specs

Ryzen 7 5800X on Aourus X570i Pro Wifi cooled by NZXT Kraken x63, Rams are DDR4 HyperX 32gb 3200mhz, storage is Samsung 980 Pro m.2. Powered with Corsair SF 750 watts. All housed inside the SSUPD Meshlicious.

Old Rig

AMD  FX 8350 on Crosshair V Formula Z cooled by Scythe Mugen 5, Rams are generic DDR3 kingston 16gb 2133 mhz with 500 gb Samsung SSD powered with Corsair VS 650 sitting inside a Corsair mid Tower case.

First guess, try forcing gen3 in your BIOS with old card and try the 6700.

If that fails clear CMOS

 

If that fails update your BIOS.

 

If that fails perhaps put the 6700xt in the old system, run DDU to make the GPU happy
