cpu usage

whenever i open task manager it says that my cpu is 80 percent used but quickly drops to under 10 percent please help me

CPU power is needed to open task manager. Nothing wrong with it.

 

What's your CPU?

And what does Task Manager say is using that CPU power?

That's normal, if it jumps right back down to levels that seem normal then don't worry about it.

When I open task manager it does the same for me on multiple systems. AFAIK task manager gets like super high priority to load its software so the CPU rushes to complete and then jumps back to more typical load.
