Budget (including currency): 1300-1500 EUR (all budget for the PC)

Country: Turkey

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Counter-Strike, AAA Games, light AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop

Other details Have an existing system with GTX 970 4GB, intel i5 6500, 8x2 16GB ram (2133 MHz) 128 GB SATA SSD and a 1 TB hard drive. I plan to build this new pc late June, early July this year. I haven't been following the tech scene for four years and have no clue about GPU or CPU specs or bottlenecks other than mining and chip shortage has skyrocketed GPU prices. Main question that's been bugging me is should I sell my system alltogether and keep the money for the build or scalp it for some parts such as RAM and storage. For the target performance I'm aiming for 144 plus FPS on 1080p high/very high settings as I'll mostly be playing FPS games. I'd also prefer complete nvme storage if the budget allows it. I'd appreciate any input or help. Have a good day everyone!

Here is the current situation - gpus are double or triple the price. So any planning should be around on what GPU you are going to acquire.

So you either get GPU first then come back here with the rest of the budget. Or  wait and see when situation gonna improve.

Or upgrade everything but the GPU but again that leaves you with smaller budget and in limbo if prices don't improve.

Third option is to get a prebuilt for that budget.

Hard to make recommendation in the current market.

For esports 6600xt / 3060 generally should be able to handle those requirements at 1080p, paired with 12400 or 12600 depending how much money you have left after the gpu. Ofc better GPU would make it desirable but all depends on the prices.
