Rust Lag Issue

My rust is lagging and performing badly in general. Basically a few days ago I noticed my game was starting to stutter pretty often and it was annoying but defenatly still playable and a quick restart usually sorted it out. However I logged on today and my rust is running at very low FPS (around 60 fps on normal servers UKN etc and 90 on low pop small map servers) ontop of this it feels like I am constantly running at more like 50 fps.

 

My specs:
CPU: i9-10900
GPU: 3070
RAM: 2x8gb 3200mhz
SSD: 512gb m.2

 

one thing to note is my SSD performs below average when I've benchmarked it however it loads into rust fine and I've not noticed anything else wrong with it or the PC.

 

Don't hesitate to reply even if you think its something simple, I can always miss stuff. I really hope I can fix this as rust is my most played and favourite game so any help is appreciated.

I have the same exact issue , im getting 60 fps on all servers where i was getting 100+ fps before, and the 60 fps feels like 40 or 50.

I would complain over 60 fps and 90 fps since they are not slow at all.
