Well, I don't play that game so I only know as much as I can google around about it.
And based from what I've seen so far, it sounds like that game is CPU intensive, or atleast not GPU demanding.

Perhaps it is best if you look around in that game's forum/community or something and see if it really is CPU / RAM intensive.

If so then yeah, most likely your fps limited because of your CPU / RAM.
Either it's capability, or because it's probably thermal throttling a lot, or both.

RTX 2060 Mobile

Intel i5 10300h

8 GB DDR4 Ram

144hz Monitor

My predator Helios 300 won't reach 144fps while playing Genshin Impact at highest settings even if I use fpsunlocker.  I only get around 50-70 fps. what should i do?

I think that game is CPU intensive

You probably need more ram as well. It uses nearly all your 8gb.

Ohh I didn't know... thanks for the info 😆

Well, you can see your GPU usage is low
While your CPU usage is around 70-80%
and RAM usage is nearly 99%

Just to clarify : You sure you are using your 2060 and not your intel UHD when playing the game right?

Looking at it, It could be based off your CPU performance or RAM. Try use Afterburner to get more MHZ and then afterwards see if there is any difference , if it uses a lot of RAM it can be more of a temporary fix until you can get 16 Gbs. Since it isn’t a K unit it won’t be able to overclock but it shouldn’t be a massive issue due to you having 8 cores .

Maybe It's because of my cpu 4 core 8 threads. I tried running genshin impact in my older brother's gaming loptop that has ryzen 7 with 8 cores 16 threads and rtx 3050 mobile. Guess what it runs at over a hundred fps with gpu usage at 58% and cpu usage at 70% to 80%

Just upgraded my ram to 16GBs.. Now I get a decent 60-80 fps in my loptop monitor. but if i plug it on an external monitor i get around 90 fps..(probably because it bypassed optimus)....Thank you all for your help.. hope you have a good day 😆
