So i made a topic on this a couple days ago, back then my pc froze and there was a buzzing sound the image however stayed on the screen, however today same thing happened but the screens also went black, im having a feeling its either gpu or my c drive, i have a adata su630 as my boot drive and its like 2 and a half years old, on crystal disk info its 64% (good) however when i do crystaldisk mark speed tests there's some weird number coming up, mainly for the write speeds, it does 5 passes of each test, on the first pass its normally really low for some reason im not sure if thats normal but then after a couple passes it goes up to speed however this fluctuation is bigger on the write speeds, could a dying boot drive cause my issue?

Step one is finding out where the buzz is coming from.  Some sort of field serviceable ear horn or stethoscope may be needed. It’s possible the buzzing is nothing and it’s just coil whine, but it might not be.  First suspects are video card, PSU, and SSD I think.  If the SSD is buzzing there’s a big big problem. This might be a situation where there are two problems or one caused the other. I’m tempted to fire the parts cannon now and tell you to get some tiny cheapo $20 ssd to use as a boot only drive just for testing.  If you’ve got an install usb though you could pull the current Ssd and boot off the usb stick just to see if the problem goes away.  That tests the SSD.  If you’ve got an intel cpu that isn’t an F chip you’ve got a second gpu to test with for that as well.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

The buzzing is not from within the pc but through the headset, like a sound bug after the crash or whatever happens, its similar to what i had when i upgraded my gpu and i had a loose pcie cable, only difference back then the gpu would go up to 100% fan speeds but not now. I have AMD 5800x so i cant do a gpu test, im going to buy a new ssd and see how it goes with that. I might also re-mount my cooler and add new thermal paste to see if thats some kind of issue, i dont think its the power supply as the pc stays powered and all rgb is on and its a couple months old RM750X. Iv done memory tests and it all seems fine no errors and my temperatures are really good, gaming the cpu doesnt hit higher than 60 degrees and gpu 68 degrees max however i might keep an eye on motherboard temps but should be fine as i have a really good airflow case the p500a, it has 3x140mm fans at the front, with a mesh front panel.
