Yes, via an M.2 NVMe to PCIe slot adapter, but it would severely limit the speed as your board has only PCIe 2.0 slots. I'd recommend getting a SATA SSD such as the Crucial MX500 if you're looking to get a new SSD, or saving up for a complete platform swap.
