Err Game Pass issue with San Andreas?

Wasn't really sure where to post this but I side loaded game pass on my shield but... 

 

I just got sweet out of jail and their seems to be a major bug after you win the gang War and kill the crack heads the red arrow still displays over their name does game pass not update games at all or am I boned?

Oh course they update the games ok Gamepass.not sure if you're still boned or not though. Not sure if that question even belongs in this part of the forums. Sounds kinda.personal 🤪
