huge cpu problem

hello. there is a problem with my cpu when i have windows booted onto my SSD it only registers as 2 cores and 4 threads and not 6 cores 12 threads as the 5600x has but when i boot into windows from my HDD it shows my registered amount and i even tested to see if all my cores are enables in the MSCONFIG tap in settings and it still only shows 4 cores max and i think it actually using that amount because when i bott into my HDD my CPU percentage is on 0% or 2% when i just open my pc but with the SSD its about 20% - 70% it goes down to 12% but thats about the lowest it goes

@SnowyLynx-_- Remove the check mark in the Number of processors box and reboot your computer so Windows can find all of your cores and threads. That box is not supposed to be checked.
