RX 6500 XT encoding

Hello !! Im thinking of buying the rx 6500 xt to upgrade my rx 550 4gb, but im a little confused about the encoding capabilities of this card, in the amd's site says that it doesn't have hevc/h265 and 4k h264 encode, but the site doesn't clarify if it have 1080p/720p h264 encode. I want this feature to record via radeon software my desktop, im not interesting about recording gameplays but occasionally i record other stuff. For the record my sisters 6 years entry level hp laptop with the amd a6 7310 and radeon r4 igpu can record via radeon software in h264 (720p?)
