If you know the name of the item, open the console and type "help "item name" 4" to show the item id of all the items that have the text on the name. I believe the first 2 digits for dragonborn items by default is "03". Generally there are only one or two items that pop up unless your search is vague so it shouldn't be too difficult to determine which item is the one you want.
