Fan stops spinning entirely

Rear stock fan of an NZXT h700i is no longer spinning. It gets hot in the middle of the fan. When I use my hands to spin it it stops really fast when

its supposed to go on for a bit. Is there any way to fix this or should I just buy a new one

Probably easier to replace than it is to repair.  Also, how old is the fan?  Is it blowing into the machine or is it being used as an exhaust fan?

its about 2 years old, it's being used as an exhaust fan

Yea, it's not worth trying to fix.  Be easier to replace, and you didn't say anything about it being an RGB fan.  I use CoolerMaster fans because my case is a CoolerMaster but you can use whatever you like.  Maybe something on this page will work for you.  Good Luck.
