My PC randomly freeze for 1 sec then restart.

Unstable OC, misreported temps? Try loading safe defaults in bios. Also try updating your bios.

as title said, my pc randomly freeze 1 sec then restart. its purely random. sometime it happen between 3 day, sometime it happen in between 1 hour.

can happen when i play heavy game, or light game or just leave idle.

what troubleshooting should i do to get the root of the problem?

i check hwinfo, there no temp more then 80c even in load.

after bunch of restart, i push and wiggle abit all wire connector. still no change 
 

windows 10 20H2 19042.1466
AMD Ryzen 5 1500x (stock cooler)

Gigabyte b450m s2h

2x Kingston 8gb 2666Mhz cl17

asus nvidia gtx 1060 3gb

nvme KINGSTON SKC2500M8500G

sata WDC WDS480G2G0A-00JH30 

silver stone 500w 80+

update:

1. i dont overclock my hardware. 

2. bios is latest

everything is default profile. i never overclock my pc. i scare if i update my bios will lose support for my cpu.

Symptoms like this could be caused by many things. Bad stick of ram. CPU or GPU overheating. Bad SSD/HDD. Faulty motherboard.
You need check independently all components of your PC

Hmm... One suggestion is to look at the Windows Event Manager, you can refer to LTT's video:Refer to this video Anthony in action on the event manager
See if there are any strange events, you can Google the meaning of the event, or you can also reply to me

An Helpdesk IT guy from China, English is not good.most of the replies are translated into English using Google.Although I have repaired many PC, my answer may still be wrong.Please let me know if I make a mistake.PLZ,answer me let me know!!!
