B550-e Dual bios?? Help pls :D

Wanted to separate my posts around the b550-e, anyways here I go

 

The power in my house isn’t the most reliable (sorting it out soon) and so I worry about the power cutting during my bios update (so I can use my 5900x). Does the b550-e have a dual bios / back up feature so if the install fails / power cuts It won’t brick the board?

flashback yes, if you fail one bios flash you can retry even if it doesn't boot anymore

 

but no dual bios or backup.

Ah ok, any idea if this is reliable / good success rate? I’ve seen heard quite a few people complain about Asus’ bios (I was always under the impression they were the better ones out of all the brands) so I’m a little worried about it failing due to that too.

Never heard of it fail but if it does, it will fail like other components for example dead RAM slots I dont think anyone complains Asus BIOS about the flashing procedure, could be layout or function but not whether it flashes or not.
