Pc Crash

So for a while my PC would have this problem of getting blue screened and forced to restart every time my desk was bumped. This happened for a while but would restart fine and work, but recently this happened again and my pc will not turn on. When I try and turn it on the lights will power on for a few seconds and then it will turn off and this cycle repeats until I turn it off. If anyone can help that would be great.

It Hans a 3070 GPU with a intel i5 9600k processor, MSI z390 motherboard, 32gb of Corsair vengance ran
