Laptop memory?

You would see a little bit of improvement in some applications, but it all depends on what you use your laptop for. I would use newegg if you do end up purchasing new ram they have decent prices.

is it worth it to upgrade mg 4gb ram to 8gb ram? :D and what is a good buy? my laptop now have 4gb ram.

Also what kind of cpu does the laptop have?

Knowing it's almost a current gen computer I would say yea.
