Vram bottleneck

Hello guys I have a GTX 960 2gb and many of my games stutter due to the Vram being maxed out. Because of this I have to play at 720p but the image looks too blury on my 1080p monitor. 

I was wondering if it's worth it to buy a 720p native monitor so the image looks better?

I'd just buy a better graphics card, honestly.

 

No reason to buy a monitor for a graphics card that you'll upgrade from in the future anyway.
