Building my first computer

Hello I am building my first computer I have a Carbide Spec-Delta RGB case a Hyper 212 Black Edition RGB but the motherboard i had lying around is a B450M DS3H. I don't no how to connect the fans I have 3 of the 3 pin for the front of the case fans also one that looks a little different it has 4 pins they are all split into one I assume that is for the RGB it the same kind of pin on the RGB on the CPU cooler I have. The motherboard has one CPU FAN and a System fan how would i connect all of the fans?

Would i need one for the RGB and another for the 3 pin Fans?

Hey everyone I got my fans going I bought a CORSAIR - iCUE Commander Core XT Smart RGB Lighting and Fan Speed Controller - Black, The system posted and everything the only thing is the RGB will not connect to the HUB so there is no RGB on the lights Is there a converter i can get to make them turn on also. Here is what comes off the Fans that wont connect
