Screen randomly disconnecting

Hi!
Every so often my screen goes blank, than comes back like nothing happend. No windows sound, nothing in the event log (that I could find but I might be looking in the wrong place), nothing during furmark and never during gaming. I tried to wiggle my HDMI cable to see if it connects, switch out my HDMI ports on the monitor, Windows 11 fresh out of the factory, nothing overclocked nothing overheating. Something is certainly wrong, just not sure if it's the GPU or display
I managed to capture this with my phone camera. Any good diagnostic advice to help with troubleshooting?

try different cable

try DP or VGA

try to DDU gpu drivers

reset monitor settings to default (found in monitor menu somewhere)

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
