Microphone Playback

Me, and my gf have noticed that, after I swaped Headsets from a Razer (blackshark) to a Logitech, I started talking louder now and then. This came down to a future that was present in the Razer Hardware that allowed playback into the headset. Windows does have this future in the software but its playback is...bad. delays, no noise cancelling and its loud.

What i whould like is a software or simular that whould allow me to tweek a playback into the headset so it's barely noticeable like the Blackshark headset I used to use. I do belive I wouldn't be so loud while gaming if i hear myself more. Any idees on how to do this? is it possible?

appreciate any help.
