0db fan Help

So have I have an Asus expedition Gtx 1060 and the fans on it are making annoying squeaking sound, i tried to lubricate them but it help minimally and i don't have much time atm to really get deep into problem.

So i was wondering if it is ok to set fan curve in Asus GPU Tweak II to have 0db fan until like 60-65C (The Card already has 0db at like +- 50C) and the card then will have low fan speed to like 40%.

I tested it and card never went over +- 73C and stayed at 0db when playing csgo.

The only concern I have that i read online that it might be bad for memory.

The squeaking sound might be because card was running in dusty and not very ventilated case.

What are your recommendations and tips?

P.S. My pc is pretty quiet only the gpu is pretty annoying so thats why i want to do smthing with it.

I attached video of the squeaking noise,

Does it show memory sensors for the card in HWinfo for instance? If the game runs well i'd say it's no problem to run it like that.
