Auros B450 and 3800X, can boot but no os can be installed

By disabling iommu and setting csm usb to uefi only it boots. Thats stupid as hell...

Auros B450 Elite (latest bios)

AMD 3800x

Kingston Furry 16 gb 3200mhz

Zotac gtx 1650 OC

I have put together a pc for my father, but whenever I try to install windows the installer just reboots, I cant even boot into linux. I tried enabling csm, enabling secure boot, disabling legacy usb support, but nothing helped.
