i need help what should i fill on bitvise

But what do you want to SSH to?

You don't just download bitvise or another program to SSH without having something that has SSH capabilities and hope to make it work.

You need something that is SSH capable to access

WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO ACCESS?!?!

SSH is for accessing remote devices. It doesn't have anything to do with internet speed

SSH is for text based access and similar access of other devices either on your local network that are SSH capable or over the internet. You don't speed up internet with SSH, that's not even remotely close to what it's for or how it works.
