Pc randomly restarted

Was just playing microsoft flight simulator and a few mins into gameplay the pc just stopped and showed the bios screen into a windows update then back to windows i see nothing unusual in event viewer apart from pc lost power without proper shut down but could that be because i don't have a big enough power supply as i have a 3080 and a 10700k with an rm750x

Main:

    10700k 5ghz All core 47 ring ratio 1.275v
  • Motherboard
    MSI Z590 A Pro
  • RAM
    4x8 viper steel samsung bdie: 4200-17-17-30
  • GPU
    Gigabyte RTX 3080 Gaming Oc
  • Case
    O11 air mini
  • Storage
    970 Evo Plus 500gb OS, Sn550 1tb, 860 evo 500gb, 2tb MX500
  • PSU
    RM750x (2018)
  • Display(s)
    Acer Nitro vg272up, Kogan 24 1080 120hz
  • Cooling
    arctic 280aio, EK M.2 NVMe Heatsink on 970 evo plus
     
    Second: 
    Cpu: i5-8400
    Cooling: ID-Cooling Frostflow 120x
    Ram: 2x8gb 2666 c16 hyperx fury, tuned the absolute balls out of it but def not stehble.
    Mobo: Asus Prime H310M-K
    Gpu: Igpu
    Case: Coolermaster MB311L

I would try running a cpu and gpu stress test (Both fully loaded) to see if it shuts down. I would say that if it does thats most likely your reason. 

 

Prob tripped over-current protection on your power supply.

i tried cinebench r23 and heaven benchmark before but nothing bad happpened

yes when i wast playing gta 5 online it has done the exac same thing and also my brother has had this once before is well on gta but hes got a rm1000x with a 3080 ti
