Screen flashes black

Hey guys I recently made a new gaming/productivety pc i have a isue where my screen flashes back every 5-10 seconds any one know a fix? this happedns every time from the moment i try to boot into windows 
 

my specs are : 

i3 10100f with a intel stoch cooler

asus b460f 

16 gigs of corosair vengenge at 3000 mhz

850 corosair psu 

gtx780  

120 gigabyte ssd 

500 g hard drive
