PSU fan

So i replaced my power supply 2 weeks ago no problem since then until now I got home from school and when I booted my PC the psu was very loud the fan of psu was spinning at full speed after a few seconds PSU become silent again i turned off my pc and tried turning it on again, but the sound was gone so I thought it was just some sort of bug the next day i got home booted my pc and the same thing happened the psu fans was spinning very fast while booting and the sound was gone right after pc fully booted. My psu is be quiet pure power 11 700w gold 80+ non modular. Can it be caused by cold temperature? Has anyone had this problem?

You're sure it's the PSU fan and not the CPU or casefan?

I had my ear next to psu it really sounds like its comming from psu but theres a chance that's from gpu i'll try to make 100% sure from where its comming.

I doubt it's the PSU fan.  

 

 

When I first turn on my PC, all of my fans go full speed for about three seconds... but not the PSU fan.
