Help with GPU waterblock search
Sell the 3070 and use the money you were going to use to water cool it to buy a 3070Ti/3080. There really isn't much, if any point to water cooling a 70 series card; they don't run hot, water cooling is expensive ($200 for the block plus another $100-200 for fittings, radiators, tubing, pump, reservoir, etc. at least), and you aren't going to gain any performance by doing so. You'd only really be water cooling for looks, and the water cooled CPU look and the air cooled GPU does work in a lot of situations.
If you are dead set on water cooling that card though, it looks like Bykski makes a block for it. They're pretty good at making blocks, especially for more obscure GPUs that people shouldn't water cool. They aren't as great as EKWB for quality or performance, but it shouldn't leak and as I already said, you don't need water cooling to keep a 3070 cool.
