Build upgrade Ryzen5 5600x and RAM speeds

I own x1 2133 8gb and x1 2667 8gb ram sticks. I plan on upgrading to ryzen 5 5600x and my display is 4k.

Can i run the new system without any major drawbacks due to low memory speeds?

Get new sticks and get a kit, so that they are the same. Get at least 3200mhz

CPU: Ryzen 5800X3D | Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Elite V2 | RAM: G.Skill Aegis 2x16gb 3200 @3600mhz | PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 G3 | Monitor: LG 27GL850-B , Samsung C27HG70 |
GPU: Red Devil RX 7900XT | Sound: Odac + Fiio E09K | Case: Fractal Design R6 TG Blackout |Storage: MP510 960gb and 860 Evo 500gb | Cooling: CPU: Noctua NH-D15 with one fan

FS in Denmark/EU:

Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB. Used maximum 4 months total. Looks like new. Card never opened. Give me a price.

It ultimately depends on what you're doing, but in a number of use cases, like compression work, code compilation, and gaming, DDR4-2133 is going to hold you back considerably. Some rendering applications don't care at all about RAM speed, though.
