Budget (including currency): $3500 AUD (Preferably Lower)

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Used for CorelDRAW, Adobe, Davinci, Blender

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Currently have a RTX2060, so going to use this card for the team being. This will get upgraded at some stage.

I've been debating to go DDR5 or stick with DDR4.
Attached is a build that I am considering.
I've been Reading Puget's Recommendations and come to this. I've just been worried about Price to Performance (Scared to commit to the purchase button).
My Biggest Question is do I need soo much power? (My Current computer is DDR3 with Intel Quadcore, so Anything is going to be an upgrade to me).

Unless you really want to overclock, I'd suggest a locked cpu on a B660 or H670 motherboard. You might even consider an i5-12400 or i5-12600.

I'd stick with DDR4. The performance difference is marginal, especially considering the cost differential.

I'd suggest a case with better airflow.

This is cheaper, and has more storage. I also went with a better case and fan setup. 2 140mm fans at the front (as intake fans), 1 140mm at the top-rear (as an exhaust fan), and 1 120mm at the rear (as an exhaust fan).
