Yeti X issues

Hi all,

 

Not exactly sure how this happened but I have a Yeti X that suddenly stopped working. The computer has identified it and it is still receiving power. It is also still an option for being an input on Windows and other applications like Discord or Google Meets. However, the microphone won't pick up any sound. The mic is plugged in and the LED on the wheel says that it is on, but whenever I try to speak it doesn't pick anything up. 

 

Anyone know how to fix this or have any ideas as to what else to try?
