slight static sound

Go to solution Solved by Quackers101,

If they have active noise cancellation tech, that can create some annoying noises. Maybe by bad wire/connection or issues around wireless signals. Not sure if bluetooth updates can help or if headsets need their own updates (both the device connected to and connecting with). Can't really say, maybe others know what the most common issues would be or how to deal with it. Also what impact each bluetooth generation has, as there has been some issues around certain bluetooth devices.

Hey there I use to use the SteelSeries arctic 7 and 9. I then decided to upgraded to the astro a50 gen 4 and i notices a small white noise when there was nothing happing so i thought the headset had a problem. I then got the arctic pro wireless and have the same problem. I noticed when i had there new sonar enabled it was more noticeable. I have tried different usb ports for the doc and a hole different computer does anyone have any clue on what could be happing or if there is maybe a setting i am missing? it also only happens when the "gaming" part has sound and not the chat

-Thanks
