Hello i've been trying to fix this pc for a month now

pc when it was turned on it was overheating i guessed it was thermal paste that needed to be reapplied cuz i owned this pc for a long time.

after i changed the thermal paste it was still overheating then i tried going into bios and safe mode windows to check if it was still overheating for some reason it was not.

so i tried reinstalling windows and cleaning everything from it, it stopped overheating when i installed new windows and now it just randomly shutdowns and sometimes after alot of boot looping it wont even start

also when turned on behind pc on i/o switch it powers on without pressing the power button.
