Got an issue were any mouse connected to any USB port on my PC has a stuttering issue and will miss clicks on a stutter. The mice tested all work on my laptop fine and include both wired and wireless mice. The issue is not noticeable when dragging a window around. It happens in games but not in BIOS which led me to believe it was a windows issue. I reset windows but the issue remains. Someone else had a similar issue recently on the forum but it was not resolved. It started about 6 months ago but is getting worse. Its in games as well. My primary mouse is a G305

A list of what ive tried:

-Different ports (did fix the issue for a day)

-uninstall all USB and USB hub

-uninstalled mouse

-uninstalled Razer mouse driver (fixed the issue for about 2 hours)

-Installed Logitech mouse software

-Reset windows

-Different mice

-Install older chipset drivers

ensured all latest hardware drivers installed

-updated BIOS

Could this be a hardware issue?

See the attached vid of the issue.

Please help!!!!!

THANKS
