Audio Renderer Error

My bluetooth headphones randomly disconnected, the youtube video that i was watching stoped and said "audio renderer error please restart your computer".However i did that, and after using the pc for a couple of hours it happened again.Does anyone know whay may be causing it?

 

When i wanted to restart the pc it got stuck on restarting and i had to manualy turn it off which didint happen before.
