Outlook Search Database

Hi Everyone Wondering if someone can assist. All of a sudden my Outlook is Not retrieving recent mails when i use the search feature.

It use to work up until around 3 days ago.

I have tried Rebuilding the Database and then it works, but the next day i have to do it again.

 

Anyone one the reason for this?

I haven't changed any settings on Outlook or anything.

It pulls up some mails but not everything, Iv noticed it all new mails say in the last day or so it doesn't pull through

Check that you have enough space on the disk used for archiving. Then check from settings that there aren't any limits on how many and how often server is checked for new mail.
