I would like to know if anyone has created MacOS or Hacintosh for Microsoft Windows Hyper-V. I would appreciate any recent guidelines

I have, here is a guide. It's a script for a video I'm going to make someday, but here it is. You'll need gibmacos, here: https://github.com/corpnewt/gibMacOS

Download the .zip archive and run gibmacos.bat.

All right we're going to go ahead and run the gibmacos.bat file as an administrator.

It's now going to get a catalog...okay, here is the screen we will type in 'r' and hit enter

Now we see recovery packages. We'll choose the Full install of macOS Catalina here. Note that you have to choose a full installer or else your hackintosh project will not work. K, it'll download the 500mb or so file... ok, the file downloaded, we now need a flash drive, use a 16gb or more...k, now we'll run makeinstall.bat as an administrator...

K, after the prompt, select your drive by number... ok leave it as clover boot loader.

Now it's done we can put in our efi folder, the kexts' download links are in the description so you can build an efi folder. We also have a guide to building your efi folder in the description. Let's start up VMWare.

Create a new virtual machine>ubuntu 64bit >6gb of ram>60gb of storage, USB controller. Okay, now you need plgbt.iso. It's a bootable file that lets you boot off flash drives in a virtual machine. It was made for Linux that's why we made the os option ubuntu. Start the VM, connect the USB drive to It, select the drive...

*HOPEFULLY YOU BOOT INTO CLOVER AND THEN THE INTERNET INSTALLER*
