Have a EVGA 3080 XC3 Ultra and it is severely underperforming.  I have seen the average time spy scores coming in around the 16000-17000 range stock and mine is coming in at 11000!  I have DDU all the drivers and reinstalled I have re seated it in the pcie slot, and now I am at a loss.  Temps are not the issue.  under full load they are around the 55-60 mark.  Can anyone help?  I have put my PC specs below with my 3dmark score.

ROG Strix X570-E Gaming

Ryzen 5900X

EVGA 3080 XC3 Ultra

64 GB G.Skill 3200 mhz ram

750w power suppy

My 3080 ti needed a minor overclock to go from the low 70 percentile to 97 percentile on PC benchmark. Have you logged the gpu, memory, temp, wattage data while the test is running to make sure it’s running at full capacity? MSI afterburner can help with the data.

Windows 11 still sucks, idk why people, especially with an AMD system are maining it. Try ultimate power plan. Is your infinity fabric cranked? Cl 3200 mhz is really low and we all know how bad ryzen needs its ram + infinity fabric. Are the timings at least cl14?

I'm thinking a new windows is up next as a possible fix.  My cpu is running great and I'm getting a 14000 score in 3d mark so I don't think that is the issue.

Ya I'm getting 93 to 95 utilization and the clock is just under 2100.  Temps are also all good under 60
