$1000 gaming / development laptop

I'm looking for a new laptop around $1000 USD. It'll be used for gaming, c# and python development, and a lot of typing. I want a high refresh rate display, at least 512gb of storage, and 3050-3050ti level performance. A big thing though will be ram and storage upgradability as I was t to use this for at least 4 years. I'm currently looking at an hp victus 16.
