Need a Graphics Card

Hello Community

I am a student in Switzerland and enjoy playing games on my computer with a GTX 480. I also like to watch Linus Tech Tips on Youtube. But I would love to play Call of Duty Warzone in the highest settings.
Can I get a graphics card from you? Maybe a GTX 1080 ti?

Main RIg Corsair Air 540, I7 9900k, ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero, G.Skill Ripjaws 3600 32GB, 3090FE, EVGA 1000G5, Acer Nitro XZ3 2560 x 1440@240hz
