Need windows 7 laptop

if you want, you can dualboot whatever OS you already have, and windows 7

Assuming drivers exist, but yes, that is one option

Look into a business-line of laptops, like the Dell Precision line, drivers for Win7 were common and, I assume still exist on Dell's website.
