capslock,numlock,scrolllock indicator randomly stopping

I've had a corsair keyboard for a while and I noticed that the caps and numlock wouldn't work every once and a while I thought it was just the keyboard but now that i have a razer keyboard i know thats not the issue and ive realized the rgb effects stop working when this happens I don't know what is causing this issue and the only way I've found a way to fix it for a little while is to unplug the keyboard and plug it back in every time it does it, but any help with this is very appreciated
