Budget: $4,500 AUD

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, sim racing and it be running 2 monitors a 32 inch and a 49 inch

I have already purchased the case which is a ASUS TUF GT 301 and I'm wondering if what I have can all run together and is pretty good and will fit in the case and if the motherboard can run more then 1 NVMe or not and would it be better just to spend a bit extra and get a 4TB instead of a 1TB NVMe and is it possible to boot of an NVMe and also use it to download games to

will fit in the case

Yes, the Mainboard is ATX with the case supports and it also supports 1 360mm radiator. The GPU will be a slim fit but with its length of 299mm and the case supporting cards up to 320mm it should still fit.

wondering if what I have can all run together

I dont see any obvious flaw as to why it shouldn't. All parts are compatible

if the motherboard can run more then 1 NVMe

Yes the Motherboard has mutliple NVME slots that can be used simultaniously

is it possible to boot of an NVMe and also use it to download games to ?

Yes, that is no problem at all

Edit.

If you are looking to actually take advantage of the PCI-E 4 speeds your mainboard can provide you could switch to samsungs 980 pro but that is likely very overkill.

  1. Look up the manual for your mainboard from the website. It'll tell you whether or not it supports 2 or more NVMe drives.
  2. If the mainboard includes an NVMe slot, the BIOS can boot from it. If you need an adapter card for the NVMe drive, check the aforementioned manual.
  3. SSD's, especially NVMe drives, are (still) expensive. Depending on your workload, using a traditional HDD is a much more cost-effective way of storage. Especially if you can use part of the NVMe drive as cache for that HDD.
  4. The entire system should fit in the case you have, although thermals may not be the best. Watch the recent LTT video on case fans and the Gamers Nexus channel (on YT) for general testing results on case airflow to understand why.

In your particular case (no pun intended 😛 ) I'd suggest keeping the 1TB NVMe drive and use about 256GB for Win-OS. Then partition another 512GB for cache and leave the rest free, for wear-levelling purposes. This should keep your drive from failing too soon as the controller has room to work around failed memory cells. Then get a 4 or even 8TB HDD for storage of documents, games and other stuff you want to keep. If you want to be safe, add another HDD: same capacity, different brand. Configure those as a RAID1. This will improve access speeds and offer some redundancy.

edit: several others already commented, I'm adding mine anyway 😛

personally i would go amd as the more cores would come in more handy than efficiently cores i owuld go with a second gen thread ripper or something sort

most games and especially sim racing titles are not very well threaded and just need a few fast cores. A 12900kf will be the best CPU you can get for these tasks at the moment.

ok and everything else is good ??

Everything else i saw looked good except for your AIO Watercooling.

Had to look up the specs and it doesnt list support for your CPU !

Look for a watercooler that list support for LGA 1700 Socket.

ok for the build would the AIO cooler be better with 2 fans or 3

so from down from the i9 to the i7 but stay 12th gen

Yes. The 12700K has more or less the same gaming performance but is $200+ cheaper. Even the i5 12600K would be a good choice if you are purely gaming. The 13th gen cpu's should also be compatible with Z690 so you would still have a decent upgrade path.
