Otherwise try this:

Sqdly doesn't  work. If i scale it to 125 after i sign out it becomes 175 idk why

First question, how is your pc connected to the monitor?

Second question, is your color profile set to the correct type? (I had a mini TV that had blurry text and it was fixed, that's why I'm asking this)

Third and last question, do you have a PC monitor or a TV?

By display port, yeah color profile hasn't  been changed i checked.  I have a benq zowie xl2411p. It was all okay but right after i installed windows 10 now its like this. My last os was also windows 10 but then it was so so clear man, now i am just sad.

Is the resolution of your monitor correct in Windows?

You mention installing Windows 10, leading me to believe maybe you didn't update your graphic drivers, which in turn limits your display to some weird resolution, instead of the native one.

If it's not that...

You could always try installing the driver for your monitor for windows to properly recognize what it is

That maybe fixes it, but he said that it wasn't on a low resolution.
