This will be a fairly long forum, so please skip ahead if you need.

Recently I was messing around with overclocking, long story short a few things happened, nothing of which should've caused this problem to occur. I was XMPing, and OCing my CPU/RAM.
I cleared CMOS (utilizing Jumper) numerous times do to incorrectly setting timings, among other things.
Now my PC is acting weird, sometimes it will appear as if though I have 2 GB ram instead of my 16, (causing lag, among other issues)

Games with sometimes lag out and cause my entire PC to crash, no BSOD or any opportunity to fix it beside resetting.

And I no longer can enable AMD's virtualization, when it ran normally before, (cause black screen, and needs BIOS reset imminently after)

I have a HWinfo list of everything if need, thanks in advance, Atreyu!

use 1 stick instead of 2, test each one with memtest86.

Using dual channel, but will try that software, thanks mate!

dual channel is not mandatory, just try it, hopefully only the memory is broken not the motherboard.

I'm currently on the PC mentioned, so it's not the MOBO, and no errors returned from the CPU, or RAM neither.
What am I missing here?

so it's not the MOBO,

how do you know its not the mobo. anything can happen if you overclock too much.

lagging most probably memory error.

If the mobo was dead, I wouldn't be on it lol, it is possible I shorted a capacitor though.. and there isn't really a solution to detect that, besides volt and solder checking.
