rx 570 driver always crash

atikmdag_dce.log i really dont know why, when im playing games around 1 hours, my game goes freeze,  and then my vga driver crashed.
Spec:
CPU              : I3 4170
Ram              : Vgen 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
VGA              : AXRX 570 4GBD5-DHDV3/OC (RX 570)
Motherboard : ASRock H81M-DG4
PSU              : Aerocool Lux 550w
